A lovely, dark roasted coffee with a slightly woodsy and nutty flavour, very reminiscent of the chicory coffee-like drink (and I'd imagine, could be a nice replacement within Vietnamese or Thai coffee drinks w/ condensed milk). In lieu of sugar, I tend to sweeten with a bit of extra maple syrup which only adds to the savour and experience.
